19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. 26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain. 27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Though some may resort to anger to achieve their objectives, James tells us what it does not accomplish- "the righteousness of God", therefore it will not endure. Having the right attitude is the way to overcome this world. We deceive ourselves if we think we can accomplish anything by ignoring the Voice of God. For by doing so we only hurt ourselves and our race. It is the love which comes from inside which causes us to reach out to those in our race who need us the most.
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
James says, "Wherefore" denoting his move to provide application of what he's been proclaiming. How much better could things be for our people if we would just take heed to what James says in this one verse? Are you in a hurry to hear the truth? Are you in the habit of thinking before you speak? Have you recognized the danger in your own life of 'flying off the handle' too quickly? If so, then you are truly seeking what Christ spoke of in the Sermon on the Mount. If not, then you can learn much from James.
We have now come to the reoccurring and paramount issue throughout the Scriptures for the Christian lifestyle, "the righteousness of God." We have already established in other studies the premium necessity of righteousness, for it provides our greatest strength against sin and only comes thru believing. Rather than continue to ignore God's wisdom, we should "be swift to hear" it. Instead of thinking everybody always needs to hear what we have to say, we can be "slow to speak". But one of the biggest obstacles, especially for men to overcome, is our anger.
It isn't difficult to find something to get angry about this day and time, if your desire is "the wrath of man". But James is telling us this is not the preferred attitude for a Christian. The world itself, the state of our race, and all the lies which surround us, only scratch the surface of categories which can set us off. Yet no matter how mad we get, it isn't going to produce the one thing we need the most- righteousness. We must stop being so thick-headed and quick to open our mouths, while taking a step back from things to take a deep breath. SINCE OUR GOD IS IN CONTROL THERE'S NO NEED TO GET SO SHOOK UP ALL THE TIME. We cannot constantly keep filling our minds with the jews and how much we hate negroes. Satan wants you to always be on the edge of anger because there is no lasting, spiritual power in it. Yet most times when we get mad we must admit it is because we simply failed to trust God. Most of the time, when we take matters into our own hands thru our anger immediately God is no longer the One we are following. In these instances we are following our ego and reacting in fear.
Unnecessary anger usually results from not listening, particularly to the voice within. Many times we recognize that our temper is getting the best of us, only when it is too late. Yet we could avoid so much of this, if we will just remember that God wants us to love. Understand, love and hate are not opposites. Love and fear are what oppose one another; hate is a by-product of genuine love. Though we have hate for non-whites, we are not to allow our hate for them to control us thru anger. There is no need to fear God's enemies for they have not the inner Voice of the Spirit to guide them, therefore fear thru hate is their only alternative, having no love for or loyalty to anything. WHEN WE AS A RACE FINALLY MAKE OUR STAND BASED ON LOVE THEN WE WILL SEE THE CHANGE WE ARE LONGING FOR. If we want the power of God's righteousness, our primary motivation must be our love for God, our people, and even ourself. Our desire for God's wisdom causes us to always be ready to listen and learn. One is wise who carefully chooses his words. Only thru God's wisdom can one "be angry and sin not".
Essentially, why do we get angry? Because we have discovered that which makes us unhappy, something we do not desire. So when we know our specific desires and are trusting God to deliver them, faith can provide a calm peace, offsetting the carnal tendency to get overly angry. As the Apostle Paul taught the Philippians, we can be content in all circumstances. Again and again James tells us to "let" because there is Someone within Who speaks. There's no need to get all nervous and tensed up for we are never alone.
Are you now ready to learn how God wants you to live: being eager to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger? We don't listen when we already think we know it all. We are quick to speak when we feel insecure and are easily offended by others. Just because someone says something we don't agree with doesn't mean we have to get angry about it. We must be careful not to miss learning something which may be very important. Plus, others are also learning and we love them by not forgetting that.
"Wherein" is the focal point of lifestyle Christianity- "the righteousness of God." How does it come about in your life? We've seen it many times throughout the Scriptures; only by faith. Not only does it not come thru anger, it cannot come thru pretending you are a victim or even one who must settle. It comes thru understanding that your whole life is about believing in the One Who lives within, Who is completely trustworthy. Remember, Christ said for us to love our neighbor (kin) as we love ourselves. If you do not love your (inner) self, then how much will you be loving your neighbor? Love the spiritual man within, the one who has never sinned and is only full of love. If you do not believe in yourself, you will not believe in anyone else. Righteousness comes from believing in the God Who abides inside, casting out all fear and all unnecessary anger.
Why doesn't our wrath "worketh... the righteousness of God"?Because God wants His people to be happy. Happiness and righteousness go hand in hand. GOD CREATED US TO BE HAPPY. James gives us some keys to happiness: "be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath". This is a breakdown of how to control your mind, by being in the habit of listening, thinking carefully before you speak, and not being so easily offended. Through these practical instructions James is telling you how to be happy:
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
The only truth you believe is the truth you are living. Receiving "with meekness the engrafted word" is accepting and living out the truth that God is within you. This "meekness" is not weakness, but strength which comes not from anger, but from being under God's control. Trusting God is the opposite of thinking we must be in control.
This "filthiness" which comes from Strong's Exhaustive Concordance #4508 is to be dirty... cheap or shabby; mor. wicked;- vile. Having an overly-cynical attitude for instance, believing things in your life can only get worse because the world is getting worse, only reflects unbelief. In our words and deeds, we can seek to reflect optimism and hope in our God. One is not wise or rich if all he dwells upon is how bad or poor his life is. We must "lay" this kind of thinking "apart" from us, knowing that the One Who lives within us has and will always take care of us. This is how much our future depends upon our willingness to put away our shabby attitudes.
It is necessary that we dig a little on these words to overcome some of the archaic language here in the King James Version. The "superfluity of naughtiness" is Strong's Exhaustive Concordance #4050 which speaks of superabundance of #2549, badness... depravity... trouble. So what James is telling us to put away is the idea of how big we tend to think our troubles are. Isn't this what Joseph, Daniel, and others did in order to get thru the trials they faced? This speaks of how we process our circumstances in our thoughts. We must never forget that God can change circumstances in an instant. Therefore there is no need to dwell upon what our carnal mind perceives as overwhelming or insurmountable. With "meekness", which is inner strength, God's Spirit provides a calming effect upon our minds if we will only trust Him.
Here we see again that this "word", the logos is "engrafted" which is Strong's Exhaustive Concordance #1721 defined by Liddell and Scott's as implant, innate, natural. You see, what we are to "receive" is that it is already there! You "receive with meekness" that this creative power already exists within you and that it "is able to save your souls." Your soul is your one true, self identity. The salvation or deliverance this verse speaks of isn't in the eternal sense, for Christ already accomplished that for all Israel 2,000 years ago. This saving of our souls is in a present sense, in this age, in spite of this society, that's our context. Our souls are saved in this world when we separate our thoughts and attitude from it as James says here "Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness". STOP THINKING OF YOUR LIFE AS CHEAP OR SHABBY AND THAT YOUR TROUBLES ARE TOO MUCH TO OVERCOME.
So many of our people are losing their souls due to having the wrong mentality. There's the whigger: the white who (for some reason) wants to be black. There's the jew-between-the-ears: the white who allows the news, television, and entertainment to control his thoughts. There's the dumbed-down white: the white who thinks as long as he has a six pack in the fridge and football on the tube, life is good. Then there's the religious-pharisee white: the white who thinks he is so much closer to God because of his adherence to his own hand-picked external observances and prohibitions. All of these are counterfeit mindsets which we allow ourselves to be programmed into. Our people are exchanging their souls for a sense of carnal comfort, self-righteousness, and/or false security, trying to fit in and stand out all at the same time; it'll never work.
These are just a few examples of how our people are losing their soul in the good ole' jew-nited states of amerika. In a present sense, we lose our soul by denying "the engrafted word", that Inner Voice which is wanting to expand from within your spirit. We think it's all about something out there we're missing, when all along God has been living inside of you. His Spirit is the natural essence of your being, your soul, your true self. This is your connection to eternity, and all that really matters. CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS IN THIS WAY AND YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
James is simply saying that we should respond and live in accordance with our faith and righteousness. We're all busy doing something. How about doing something in the same direction as your faith. James says to those who hear the Word, but are not responding to it in obedience, you are "deceiving your own selves". ONCE AND FOR ALL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WORD OF GOD. If you think being a Christian is all about words on a page, you best rethink your approach. God wants to produce something thru you. If your faith is real, if your God is real, do something about it. Don't deceive yourself like so many have, thinking it's okay to just lay back and let someone else get it done. The inner voice of the Spirit will never be contradictory to the truth of the Scriptures. But it does provide a much deeper level of guidance in your spiritual walk:
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
The truth of Christian Identity brings us face to face with the mirror of God's racial salvation. As an Adamite, your "natural face" of white flesh reflects you have His Spirit within. We have heard the Word and now comes the time to respond. For if one thinks they have heard while still going their own way, it actually proves they were not listening at all. What good is it for one to think he is "a hearer of the word" if he chooses not to do something about it? DOING THE WORD IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR FAITH IS THE ONLY RIGHTEOUS RESPONSE. Look at yourself and recognize there is another way for you to go; the way of righteousness by faith. Not living by faith reveals you have forgotten "what manner of man" you have been shown you really are. There is something within you which only finds fulfillment thru both hearing and doing God's Word. Look beneath your carnal ego and respond from the spiritual "man" within.
Everytime you choose to listen to the Voice within, you catch an exciting glimpse of who you really are. Look into the mirror of your soul and discover what it is you were meant to be in this life. All truth is within you, it is your responsibility to give it room to grow. We can be so much more than we are. We must respond by facing ourselves and being honest about what we need to change. We want things to change around us; we have no one else to blame. We each are the sum total of what we have created for ourselves from within; this world is what the white race has created as well. Pointing fingers has never got the job done. Dwelling on the enemy too much, on how much we hate and want to destroy them, will not make our present situation any better, it will only make us bitter and angry. Rest assured, there is coming a time when whites will rise up in judgment. But is it necessary we get so caught up in so much hate that we neglect becoming better ourselves and loving our brethren? Not if our focus comes from wanting to respond to God's Word from within.
As long as they are allowed to exist, blacks will always act like blacks and jews will always act like jews and so on. Unfortunately they have influenced our people to the point where a white man doesn't know what to think about what he sees in the mirror anymore. There is something far more attractive within the white race than the ugly, pathetic, and weak image the world wants everyone to see:
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
What do you choose to "looketh into" or think upon "and continueth therein": your sense of bondage and slavery, or your "liberty"? It's up to you. What you choose to think upon is what you will remain to be or will become. Proverbs 23:7 says: "For as he thinketh in his heart, so he is". If you want to remain the way you are now, just keep thinking the way you always have. BUT YOU HAVE THE POWER WITHIN TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. This is all part of "the perfect law of liberty".
Refuse to see yourself only thru your past or by your perception of what others think of you. Respond by continuing in this complete instruction of the freedom your spirit provides, opening a doorway to God's unlimited power of righteousness. This "perfect law of liberty" expresses your limitless potential. The more you 'buy in' to this lifestyle, the more you "shall be blessed". You can do all things thru Christ which strengthens you.
How can we be sure we are understanding the perfect law of liberty and responding properly? If you are "blessed in" your deed- if the Logos is expanding from within you, and you are seeing results. If you want to be blessed in what you claim you are doing for Christ, just "continueth therein"- just keep trusting Him no matter what- don't settle. THE ONE WHO IS WALKING IN THE SPIRIT WILL ONE DAY MEET HIS DESIRES IN WHAT HE IS DOING FOR CHRIST.
The word "liberty" is from Strong's Exhaustive Concordance #1658 which is unrestrained (to go at pleasure)... (as a citizen) not a slave. If you truly believe you are a genetic child of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob then stop seeing yourself as a slave in corporate amerika. Respond by boldly seizing the liberty you have in Christ as your rite, being a citizen of the commonwealth of Israel, and "be blessed"! No longer view yourself the way you always have and embrace your freedom in the Spirit.
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain. 27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Our righteous response always has an impact on others. Let us not deceive our own hearts by continuing to think we can neglect those of our white family who need us the most- "the fatherless and the widow". Among our race there are so many who "seem to be religious" yet they have no control over themselves and are helping no one. By this they are exposed as externally motivated, proving their "religion is vain." To be "Pure... and undefiled before God" is to love and care about your people enough to change yourself. For everyone who can claim Yahweh as their "Father" is worthy of a "visit" from us, especially the orphans "and widows in their affliction". For having lost their family and support, they should not have to wait for us to help.
Also, he who is genuine in the faith desires "to keep himself unspotted from the world" having a clear conscience while building a strong testimony of righteousness. This is the overflow of pure religion which pours forth from our hearts when we simply live by faith.
The "heart" is defined by Strong's Exhaustive Concordance #2588 as (fig.) the thoughts or feelings (mind). When we talk about being "religious" or "religion" we are referring to whatever someone does to outwardly demonstrate the belief which they have in their heart. So what this is saying, is no matter what you do outwardly, if you cannot control what you allow to come out of your mouth, then your "religion is vain" or worthless. What then does this say about the heart? That one's words and deeds must be considered together to reveal the depth or the lack thereof of what is in their heart. "Pure religion" is the voluntary result of words and deeds coming from a heart full of love toward those of our race, especially widows and orphans. This will come up later in this Epistle in regard to faith and works. Pure religion is not just doing some external rituals without it directly helping someone else. THEREFORE TURN FROM EMPTY TRADITIONS AND RESPOND RIGHTEOUSLY BY LOOKING TO TOUCH SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE.
To say the least, white people are religious about so many things other than this. However, pure Christian religion never advocates being overly critical of another brother. What about those who are religious which ignorantly criticize their brethren for something good? Some of the biggest critics and opponents of white nationalism and Christian Identity are white judeochristians. What is the verdict? Just what James says here: "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain." Any form of Christianity which condemns racial seperation and willfully holds hands with the enemies of God, is nothing more than worthless religion. In turn, any white nationalist organization who claims Christianity and the Bible are "jewish" is also involved in what is the equivalent of vain religion. It is heartbreaking, but in a sense, most of our race are living their lives spiritually, like those who are "fatherless and widows" as they do not know Who their Father or their Husband is. The righteous response is to simply live this out. It is also each individual Christian's own responsibility "to keep himself unspotted from the world" or this society. How do we do this? By in the sight of God, living by faith and taking care of those around us who are in need.
Righteousness not only comes by faith but makes contact with others thru you. One of the greatest things we can do for anyone, especially an orphan or widow, is convince them that they are not alone. In order to do that, you must first convince yourself.
